Get up and running with Rubik Combined Listings Swatch in minutes. As a Built for Shopify certified app, setup is straightforward with no code or theme editing required.

Step 1: Install the app

Install Rubik Combined Listings Swatch from the Shopify App Store. The app works on all Shopify plans. The free plan includes up to 5 product groups and 100 monthly AI credits at no cost.

Step 2: Activate the app embed

After installing, go to the Dashboard inside the app. You will see an "App embed status" section. Click "Activate" to enable the app embed on your theme. This makes the app's JavaScript and CSS load on your storefront so swatches can display.

If you have multiple themes, you can manage which themes have the embed enabled from the same section.

Step 3: Create your first product group

  1. Click "Create group" from the Product groups page
  2. Add the products you want to link together
  3. Set an option name (e.g., "Color", "Material", or "Size")
  4. Fill in option values for each product (e.g., "Blue", "Red", "Green"), or use Magic Fill to auto-generate them with AI
  5. Click Save

Swatches appear on your storefront immediately. Each product page in the group will show swatches linking to the other products, and product cards on collection pages will display swatches too.

Choose your language

The app's admin panel is available in English, Arabic, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, Dutch, Azerbaijani, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Swedish, and Norwegian. To switch languages, use the language picker on the app's home page. The entire interface updates instantly with no page reload required.
